I'm working with the MOUSAW Women's Director in ascertaining if there is enough interest by the coaches of this state in developing a girls division at the high school and middle school levels that would be MSHSAA sanctioned. One of the steps we are taking is taking a survey of all of the head coaches throughout the state. If you are a head coach (high school or middle school) and would like to participate in doing so, please download the attached survey, fill it out and send it to the email address listed below. If you have problems downloading the attachment feel free to send me your email address via private message on here, text message (573) 231-5110, or a message to my email address at Jonathan_Andrew_Bowen@yahoo.com We are on a timeline and will need to have these surveys returned by 10/1/15 in order to meet deadlines. After working diligently all week on looking up every single school district that has wrestling, I have sent emails out containing the survey to all of the coaches in all four classes that had their email listed somewhere on the school's website.
With 10% of the total coaches reporting back so far the results are encouraging with 13 days to go until the deadline. Below is a list of the schools that didn't have their current coach's email listed anywhere on the website. If you know of any of these coaches contact info, please send me a direct message and I will forward them the survey to fill out.
